- All goods are purchased and offered as seen. Our optical frames carry the normal manufacturers’ guarantees, but as some may be ends of lines then any products that need replacing may be replaced by offering an alternative of the same or higher value.
- The eye warehouse will make your prescription with accuracy (within the standards set out by British Standards) but cannot be responsible for any problems/intolerance that may arise when that prescription is used. No refund can be given for non-tolerance to a prescription made correctly by the eye warehouse that has been supplied/prescribed incorrectly by the prescriber.
- All contact lens prescriptions must be current, i.e. issued by a qualified contact lens practitioner and be dated within the last year to be deemed current as laid down in the government guidelines.
- The rights of the consumer will be governed by the Sale and Supply of Goods Act, 1994 and the Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations, 2002.
- All orders will require 50% deposit; no goods will be released until full payment is made.
- All adjustments and alterations to customers own frames/lenses will be done at their risk.
